These terms describe the use of hoianproperties.com, operated under the name Hội An Properties. They cover website information and inquiries; a property sale, lease, reservation, management arrangement or agency appointment requires its own agreed terms.
1. Our website and service
The website helps people explore property options in Hội An and the surrounding areas and contact our team about renting, buying, selling or listing a property. Submitting an inquiry or viewing a listing does not reserve a property, create a tenancy, transfer ownership or appoint us as your representative.
Any services, fees, responsibilities or representation agreed with our team must be confirmed separately. The website does not currently accept online payments or paid self-service property listings. Property owners should contact the team.
2. Listing information and availability
Listings may contain information and photographs supplied by owners or representatives. Availability, prices, features and conditions can change. Contact us to confirm current details before arranging travel, making a payment or entering into an agreement.
Photographs, map positions, floor plans and measurements are provided for guidance and may be approximate. A listing is not a certification of ownership, land-use rights, planning status, permission to rent, building condition or a buyer’s eligibility to acquire a particular property.
Before committing, inspect the property and obtain appropriate independent checks of ownership or authority, documents, permitted use, condition and the terms of the proposed agreement. Website information is not a substitute for advice from a qualified legal, tax, financial or property professional.
3. Prices, measurements and payments
Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, website prices are shown in Vietnamese đồng (VND/₫) and areas in square metres (m²). A rental period must be confirmed for the specific property. Ask whether taxes, utilities, service charges, deposits, commissions or other charges are included; do not assume that the displayed amount is the total payable.
The price, payment schedule, deposit conditions, cancellation rights and any refund terms must be agreed for the particular transaction. These website terms do not create a general refund policy for transactions negotiated separately.
Do not enter card details in the inquiry forms. Before transferring money, independently verify the recipient, their authority and the agreed payment instructions using a known contact channel.
4. Sending an inquiry
Provide accurate contact details and enough information for us to understand your request. Only provide another person’s personal information when you have authority to do so. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents through a general inquiry.

Before publication, the scope of a listing and which photographs or contact details may be made public should be agreed with our team. Sending an initial inquiry alone does not grant permission to publish private documents or all the information in your message.
We may request clarification or supporting information, correct or remove inaccurate content, and decline a listing that cannot be appropriately checked or that breaches these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not submit false or misleading listings, impersonate another person, send spam or harmful material, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the website or its users. Do not copy or reuse personal information from the site for unsolicited contact.
We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, a security issue or a legal obligation. Any action remains subject to applicable law and rights under a separate agreement.
